Welcome to Voice Reminder (Beta)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voice Reminder (voice-reminder.g2s.app), a web application designed to access your iCloud and Google Calendar to import your appointments and notify you via phone call prior to scheduled appointments. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1. Description of Service

Voice Reminder provides appointment reminders by accessing your linked iCloud or Google Calendar accounts. Users can set their phone number and choose how many minutes in advance they would like to receive a reminder call. Users can adjust these preferences anytime through the settings.

2. Beta Version

This is a beta version of Voice Reminder. You acknowledge that the app is provided "as is" and is under active development. Features, functionality, availability, and reliability may change or be limited.

3. Usage Limitations

The current beta version offers a free tier, limited to 20 notification calls per month. We reserve the right to change this limit or introduce paid plans in the future.

4. Third-Party Service (Vonage)

We use Vonage, a third-party telecommunication provider, to deliver notification calls. By using our service, you consent to our use of Vonage for call delivery and understand that call quality, timing, and delivery are subject to Vonage's terms and conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the phone number provided.
• Users must ensure their calendar events are correctly scheduled and synchronized.
• Users acknowledge that settings, such as call timing and phone numbers, can be modified at their discretion within the app settings.

6. No Liability for Missed Notifications

While Voice Reminder endeavors to provide timely notifications, we are not responsible or liable for missed, delayed, or failed notification calls due to technical issues, incorrect user information, third-party service issues, or any other factors beyond our direct control.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We securely access and use your calendar data solely to provide notification services. We do not store or share your calendar event details or personal data beyond what is necessary to perform our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Support

Users on free plans will have access to basic email support. While we strive to respond promptly, please note that response times may vary. Priority support, faster response times, or additional support channels will be available exclusively for users on paid plans.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.
